Self-serve checkout
Owners can buy the Guided Pilot, Team, or Growth package from Settings -> Billing. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. The Guided Pilot is a one-time Checkout payment. Team and Growth are annual subscriptions reconciled through Stripe webhooks.
Successful Pilot payment records paid pilot revenue metadata, starts a 30-day pilot window, and activates Team-level limits. Successful Team or Growth subscription checkout stores the subscription and updates plan limits through Stripe webhooks.
Customer portal
Subscribed customers can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation at period end, and plan changes through the Stripe Customer Portal.
